What Do Chipmunks Eat?
A chipmunk will eat all sorts of berries and nuts and if you have a bird feeder in the back yard you will most likely is them feeding Thar ,thy can easily be tamed to eat from your hands but don;t ever try to pick one up because thy will bite hard!!

I saw chipmunks climb from the ground, up into my huge crabapple TREE, pass many crabapples till he found one he liked, pick it, strip the skin off it, and eat it, sitting on his hind legs, and eat it like an ear of corn, turning it around and around until it was finished.
Then went looking for another one that he liked, same thing, and on and on until he had his fill. It surprised me because I had always only seen them on the ground. Very cute!!
