It sounds like what my brothers Border Collie went through. It was pretty scary. The poor thing was so dizzy and disoriented and kept staggering and falling over, like he was drunk. He was eventually diagnosed with Vestibular Disease. It has many causes but Ranger's was from a middle ear infection. They gave him Benadryl for the dizziness and antibiotics. He never fully recovered 100% but i'd say he's about 80% back to normal. My brother was beside himself with worry and helplessness. Please see a Vet asap. I hope everything turns out okay for your buddy....
