Those are all great dogs. Very loyal and easy to train when you start early. However I am partial to black labs (:

You shouldn't buy dogs! Why don't you adopt one? Those with no specific race are the most healthy and people have no idea about this...  Most dog breeders treat their dogs like crap, it's really sad... If you are an animal lover, just adopt, don't buy... Animals are livings beings not objects that you can buy.

Hi Neon. I agree but there are many pure bred dogs that can be found at local shelters. For a nominal fee one can purchase a dog at any shelter. I found my two boys at a lab rescue shelter two years ago. They are my world (:

I got my Basset Hound from a rescue group because the breeder couldn't show him because of a crooked front leg. He's my boy though and good looking !

Mine came from a very abusive home. They are very loving and loyal and very protective of me. I wouldn't trade them for all the money in the world (:

I think there's actually a Siberian Husky-German Shepard cross which is ADORABLE! I personally favour huskies, so I'm probably a bit biased, but Golden Retrievers are loyal and energetic, too :)
