Fish don't have lungs. They have gills instead.
Mammals are warm blooded. Fish are cold.
Most mammals live on land. All fish live in the water.

Mammals and fish are both vertebrates- meaning they both have a back bone.
Both animals require oxygen to survive.

Fish can breathe under water, and mammals can’t. This is because fish use their gills to breathe in oxygen from the water. Mammals use lungs to breathe. Fish have fins to help them swim. Mammals don’t have fins, they have legs and feet to walk on land. Fish live under water, and mammals live on the land.

I'm doing a science project for school and can use the computer for it. Does anyone have anything else that compares and contrasts the two? By the way, it has to be a venn-diagram.                                                        Sincerely, rachel a fifth grade science mess
