The belly band is hand crafted using cotton blends, cotton flannel and a 'pellon' padding inner layer. Take a designed fabric of your choice, cut it to proper size, add an absorbent padding and stitch all the layers together. Turn the bellyband right side out and stitch the top portion. The additional amount of sewing maintains the band in its actual shape and ensures that the padding does not slip.
