Its called a "jackson". I have one and thats what we named ours :-)
A jack russel/dachshund mix. That's what it is. Calling it something else doesn't change that and is confusing and misleading (and generally considered to be unethical and irresponsible). Breeding two dogs together creates a mixed breed, not a new breed. It doesn't make them any less of a great pet, they just aren't a breed with predictable characteristics, traits and genetics or a name that identifies them other than what breeds they are made up of.
