Hello there. I would be concerned seeing blood in your girl's urine. This can be a symptom of bladder infections, bladder stones, urinary tract infections, etc. I would have her seen by your Veterinarian and have him/her run a urinalysis to see if there is in fact an infection or something else going on. It is a test that can usually be run in-house while you wait for the results and they can send you home with medications that day if they find that she needs them. I would not take blood in her urine lightly. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with and let me know how everything works out!! Have a Happy, Healthy, and Blessed 2009!!
Sincerely,

Bloody urine can be caused by a urinary tract infection, bladder stones, kidney disease/infection, or feline lower urinary tract infection (also called sterile/non-infectious cystitis).  Your cat needs to be examined by a veterinarian.  The first diagnostic step is to have a urinalysis run.  Blood work and x-rays or ultrasound may be needed.

Cats are rather prone to forming bladder stones, she needs to see a vet as these could block her urethra which would be a medical emergency. She may need a special diet, which reduces the chances of her forming more.

That same thing happened with our girl cat, so she probably just started her period, because that happens with girl cats, but just in case take her to the vet!
