What does a staffy/labrador look like?

You can find tons of pictures of Staff/Pit/Lab and similar mixes on petfinder usually. There isn't one set or predictable outcome or averages with mixed breeds like there are with pure breds. A mixed breed can take any traits or combination of traits of the breeds involved and even litter mates can turn out completely different from each other in just about every way.
