It could be that this pup .having been separated from its little mates , probably all day as you say, has got chilled and with a combination of other factors such as not eating and drinking things have added up for such a young vulnerable pup and he could not survive his ordeal.
What Could Be The Reason? That 6 Weeks Old Puppy Hiding Under The Fridge - Probably All Day - Was Conscious But Very Weak-the Day After It Died. The Puppy Was One Of Five - Yorkshire Terrier. Other Are Perfectly Healthy Puppies.can Somebody Tell Me Wh
It looks like your question got cut off. If you run out of room and need to add when asking a question you can click the 'add further details' link and the box comes up in a minute and the additional information shows as smaller type below your title question.
The reason could be almost anything and there aren't really any details or history that could lead to any sort of more specific ideas. You could speak to your vet about a necropsy to find out what the actual problem was if it wasn't apparent and they weren't able to help before she passed.
I might think hypoglycemia entered into it at some point as a usual suspect but as their breeder you would know all those signs and monitor and work to prevent and keep nutri-stat on hand and take care of that sort of thing properly when it begins to occurr and know when they are so far down or headed there that they need glucose IV from the vet to bring them back up. What were the vets thoughts or suspicions from exam ect.? Did they suggest a necropsy or suspect a liver shunt or anything if she was hypo and needed a vets help despite everything?
Basically, only the vet could help you figure out what happened right now based on history and their findings and what happened while she was there. Keep an eye on the other pups in case it was something they may begin coming down with and they may be able to help you figure out what may have happened even if a necropsy is no longer possible. I'm sorry for the loss of the baby and hope the others are okay.

No .. Of course no one can tell you why this puppy died. I find it obtusely disturbing that you would allow this puppy to remain 'under the fridge, while being so ill without taking the initiative to get it to a vet. I can't imagine the suffering this puppy endured, while you did nothing about it.
