You need to see the vet or emergency clinic. Bloated stomach indicates your pups stomach is filling with either air or fluid for some reason usually and most have a serious underlying cause. Bloat (can be deadly in hours), severe heartworm infestation, heart problem, even poisoning and other serious problems are some possible reasons. The pale gums are also a very serious symptom as well as low body temperature. On their own they are major concerns and all together your pup is in a dire situation and needs help immediately it sounds like.   I hope your baby is feeling better very soon.
