Diarrhea can be caused by eating rotten food, too much grass, or just a stomach infection your dog picked up.
If the diarrhea has not gotten better after 24 hours, then you are advised to not feed the dog anything for the next 24 hours. Make sure there is enough access to clean drinking water so she does not get dehydrated, but let her stomach rest and over this time the infection will clear out.
After 24 hours, start giving her boiled rice and boiled chicken/turkey in small quantities. This food is easy to digest and should not give her any trouble. If she does not eat anything, don't force her, but if the diarrhea starts again then stop feeding her again and take her to your local vet.
