Well, there will not really be any signs for a while. They only carry pups for a little over 2 months so it is all really quick. She should gain weight and eat a lot more, maybe resting more often and just not really being the "pet" anymore like before. That is what our girl did is all that I can say. Until they are getting ready to go into labor, there is not much to show. The vet can do a blood test if you want to pay the $30-40 they charge for that, but that doesn't show until halfway through the pregnancy. I guess basically weight gain would be what to watch for.
