I Saw What Looked Like A Cross Between A Hummingbird & Huge Bee Sucking Nectar From Red Flowers, It Hovered Like A Hummingbird But With Body Of An Insect, What Could It Be?

When I read your description, the first thing that came into my head is that it is a hummingbird moth.  Upon further checking, the snowberry clearwing hummingbird moth actually has the yellow and black stripes of a bee.  I do not know if they live in your area or not, but hopefully now that you have some sort of name, you can do further research.
