It could be a cole, but if you let him outside without too much supervision, then he could have eaten something that is making him sick, and if you live where snakes are, it could be a bite that is causing this. You should really take him to the vet to find out for sure. Good luck. Hope this helps you out.
Dogs can shiver from a low body temperature (unlikely in the summer), fever, pain, or neuro-muscular problems. If your dog is still shivering and not eating take him to be examined by a veterinarian. These are very vague signs and can be caused by many things. An examination and further diagnostics are needed to try to figure out what has your dog feeling down.
The list is endless on what could be wrong with your dog. The only one who is going to be able to tell you what is wrong, is a Veterinarian. We are not vets and we cannot diagnose your dog over the Internet. If she is lethargic, not eating well and yelping, which is a sign of pain, you need to take her in and find out what is causing these symptoms and see what could be done to treat your dog. All those symptoms are "Big Red Flags".The main thing is, your dog is in pain and it's not fair to the dog, to let the dog continue to suffer. This has been going on for several days. She should have been taken to the vet already. Please don't let this go any longer.R.I.P. My Sweet Baby Gigi, In The Arms Of The Angels!www.flickr.com
Shaking often indicates pain. It sounds like your baby has hurt herself. You should see your vet so they can check her out and keep her resting and limit activity (usually kennel rest) until your appointment. I hope it's minor and she's back to normal very soon.
Maybe because he is cold cover him up if you don't want to turn the air up
Take it to the vet, duh.
Well, he might be cold, I mean that's why us people shiver!
