Snake eyes is a game that is used in gambling, one has to roll a dice that is a part of a game of craps and should get only one pip of each dice. The entire game is based on the old association of the eyes of the snake with that of betrayal and treachery. When there are pair of pips that appear on rolling the dice, it very closely resembles the eyes of a snake and so the game has been termed with this particular word" snake". This termed has been brought back since the year 1929, though it could also be related to the old games that were played by Romans in the ancient times, they too were dice games. A dice rolling to two, means that a player looses the game, if referred to any other game that is related to dice, thus this is also relater or associated as bad luck.
