This may sound like a bad answer but truthfully it is whatever they can get their hands on. Typically it would be water and bugs they find along with fruit. I only say whatever they come across because I saw a show about the island of St. Thomas (I believe it was) and the monkeys there actually steal tourists alcoholic beverages and consume them. It comes from them eating fermented sugar cane in the fields though, so there is a natural reason behind the madness lol
