Pale gum in dogs indicate deficiency of oxygen or red blood cells. These red blood cells carry oxygen and their deficiency causes a condition called anemia. Your dog might be having anemia. Reasons of anemia in dogs are
  1. Blood loss
  2. Internal parasites
  3. External parasites
  4. Shock
  5. Side effect of some medicines
  6. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia
You should take your dog to vet for diagnosis and treatment.
