Whenever my hamster had a problem, I took her to the place I got her from and they told us what was wrong.. If you got her from an unrepputable place or a place that will not know, call up I vet that treats animals like her or go to a pet shop that could tell you what is wrong. To transport, Put in a box with holes for ventilation. It might not be anything but it is always better to be safe rather than sorry!!!
