Yes, these pictures have been circulating for some time. It seems that if you study them closely they don't match up - there are various ways you could fake this.
There is a lot of discussion going on about whether an anaconda, python or boa constrictor can, or ever has, swallowed a human being. The likeliest answer seems to be that they could swallow a small person, but it would take them a VERY long time (not a nice thought) and I could not find a 100% authenticated case. Not that I heard of.But they say some snakes can swallow people,usually young.
