Sounds like possibly a prolapsed rectum. It can be minor or major. It may need to be sutured back in. You also should have a fecal done at a minimum as it is often caused when a dog has had prolonged diarrhea usually from a medical issue like bacterial infection, parasites or other gastrointestinal issue so you should see your vet.
