answered question 11/28/2009 My Dog Has Bumps On His Ears, Around His Eyes, Nose And On Top Of His Head. It might be dry skin believe me I'm on here to looking for the answer but I can't find it and plus I'm only eight years old in January I'll be 9! It's so exiting!
