THey look like Little pink bumps and or dots.
What Do Earwig Bites Look Like?
Like a small bruise (about 4mm diameter) and for me just after the bite, it felt like there was a small coin strapped to my foot. Subsequently it was painful to walk on (for a few hours) and it created a large bruised area approx 80mm diameter. For three to four days it was uncomfortable to walk on and still bruised.
My bite was a red, raised, itchy bump resembling a mesquito bite
