I think so I have one also and she is huge also beautiful mine looks more like a bloodhound she is very loving and also protective of me.

Yes, mine was 18 pounds at 8 weeks and is now 110 at almost 1 year old. Mine looks more St. Bernard than Bloodhound but you can see both breeds in him.
