Why Is My Dog Being Sick Constantly?

He might have eaten something that made him sick. He may be alergic to something tat bit him spider,tick,snake.(if he goes out side much) give him some cooked white rice that will help his stomach. Keep him hydgrated make sure there is water out all the time and that he has access to it. If it continues go to the vet

My 15 week old german shepard keeps being sick early hours of the morning

It depends if your dog is bringing up food it has just eaten or if its bile he's vomiting. If its bile it maye be that your dog isn't been fed enough therefore lacking nutrients etc. I foster dogs whilst there waiting to find a ne home and this happens often when I first get them as they need moe food to build up there immune sytem and nutruents etc. If it persists contact you nearest vets for advise etc.
