Penguins can't fly, and they hunt fish. They aren't what we typically think of as a bird of prey, like hawks and eagles, but they hunt the little fishies!

Seriously? I wouldn't want to get on the bad side of a cassowary. Very bad tempered beasties. I'm not sure you'd call it a bird of prey though.
Now if you had asked about "flightless birds of pray" you couldn't go past televangelist Paula White. I can't speak for her theology but it might be entertaining to watch her working herself into a frenzy in the pulpit.
