Have one surviving newborn puppy. The mama even died soon after giving birth. This puppy will go into a corner of his box nose first and seem to try and push and push out through the corner and will do this for several minutes after he's fed. Why?

Oh the poor dear!  Sounds like it's trying to snuggle up to its missing mother.  Newborn puppies can't regulate their body heat.  Hypothermia is a big issue.  A hot water bottle wrapped in a soft towel will help.  Here's a link for you.

A stuffed animal might be nice too!

Well I have a tried everything everyone said with the blanket and the heat lamp. But unfortunately a few hours before the puppys appt. He did pass. I'm not sure what happened but all his other 9 siblings passed including his mother 3 days after giving birth. It's been a horrible time for us as Skye was a big part of our family. She and all ten puppies with be greatly missed we love them so much.

Aww, so sorry to hear that. Your puppy is trying to snuggle to keep warm. Try putting a blanket in the box and let the puppy burrow in it....you may also put a small light over top of the box to create a bit of warmth. Be sure to call your vet or check with your local pet store, they should have the proper formula for you to feed the puppy. Good luck.

Please take your puppy to the Vet for the answers to this.  Do you know why the Mom died?  Please be a responsible pet owner and find out what the problems are.
