So far today, in my neighborhood, I've seen a peacock, phoebe, hummingbird, mockingbird and a falcon. It's been a beautiful day.
We have quite a few here.

More that I can't think of at the moment. Pigeons and ducks too. A couple of different kinds of Hawks also.

All kinds. 🐧🐦🐥🐔

Golden finch
Oh and squirrels!
We got giant parrots flying all over the place over here. It's like birds you would see in some cartoon.
It's been interesting to make a list---slows me down a bit to let me appreciate my surroundings as I peruse my recent memory.
Robin, cardinal, sparrow, hawk, blackbird, swallow (don't know which of the 90 species) blue jay, dove.
And of course the ubiquitous "chi-chi" bird.
The latter a generic term used by the guy I used to dove hunt with when I was younger to designate any bird that was not a dove.
Mostly pigeons, sparrows, woodpecker, swallows, storks.
Kookaburras, parrots, parakeets, cockatoos (both white and black), galahs, wattle birds, butcher birds, bell birds, finches, honey eaters, lyrebirds, and all manner of common-or-garden varieties.
But we don't got no emus.
Magpies, Kookaburras, Curlews, Lyrebirds, Seagulls, Pelicans and other ones that I forgot
