That is like asking "Who thinks blue is a colour?" (Note the correct British spelling I used there.)

I do understand that they were separated and recombined historically. I see (thanks Wikipaedia) rabbits and "rodents" are now grouped together as "Glires".

I still think that they are rodents according to the original definition.

Shoot. Human ignorance of rabbits is worse than I thought. Rabbits are not rodents they are lagomorphs!

Monty Python does. They called it a rodent when the killer rabbit shows up in the movie Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
