Yes, I've eaten plenty and they are tasty. The breast is the only thing you're after. I put them in a large pickle jar, add some spices a stick of butter and a can or two of mushroom soup. Put the jar in a pot of boiling water and cook until done. Mmmmm, mmmmm. Also they are not stupid birds like a dove.  Robins in the wild always have a sentry posted and he will alert the flock if he sees you. In order to get to the flock you must kill the sentry first then pluck them off one by one with an air rifle or .22 cal. Easier said than done. Trust me.

I have killed, cooked and ate a lot of robins. Best way to cook them is to boil the breast meat for about 4 min, then cover in a spice mix of your choice, then cook them on the grill on little sticks.

Theoretically, I don't see why not. In the U.S., a Robin would be considered gross, but I'm sure in some other countries they do

Yes you can, and they are tasty. I like to throw them on the pit right away. But a good gravy over rice sounds nice..mmmmmmmmmm, making me hungry..think I will go shoot a few and cook them 2-nite

People eat things wayyyy more far-fetched than a robin. Have you ever watched Andrew Zimern on Bizzarre foods?  That guy has eaten things all over the world that I never even knew existed!!....not to mention, rats, bats, bugs, every part and organ of many animals (and I do mean every part), camel, mosquito larva, rotted unborn fetus from a duck, etc., etc. I think he wouldn't bat and eyelash at eating a robin. But yes, I would do a little research first, just in case.

Robins are a Federally protected migratory bird.  They are protected because they're so dumb that the population was nearly decimated during the Great Depression (not the Bush Depression).  To answer the question though: Yes, they are very similar to dove when dregged, fried and gravied.  Enjoy.

I would really have to say no but if I were to do that I would do some research first before eating something like robin. Good luck.

You sicko's.  There is no meat on a robin.  Why on earth would you eat one in the first place.  Pure evil that.
