Check with your local animal control to see if you need to be specially licensed and for requirements for that. They do need licensing in some places and are considered as an exotic animal due to their still very close relation to the Serval.
Please research very carefully, they are not like our domestic house cats and not suited to the average household or handlers and you may get much more than you bargained for. Get both sides and check out a rescue or two that deals with them (and Servals ect. Would be better) first as well so you can be better prepared and learn the whole big picture and not just the 'up' side from breeders, sellers and owners of new and immature kittens. They are still in the foundation stages pretty much.
Many Bengals in the initial stages ended up in exotic rescues when they went from sweet, cuddly kittens to more unpredictable wild cats who were often in attack mode and more moody at around 9 months to a year old and began to grow up. You need all the information to make the best decision for you and your new kitty. You won't be able to really change any wild inclinations so you want to be sure you are prepared for them and can live with them and modify what you would need to. Good luck.
