Well if you have a pediatrician call them first, otherwise I would recommend a few things that your pediatrician might recommend as well and call a local hospital and ask for the pediatrician on call and ask, if your pediatricians office is not open,to see if I gave you good recommendations. Does she have craddle cap? If she does wash her head with some like warm water, and put some Keri or Baby oil on her head after drying her head, them use her little brush for her hair if you have one to remove the scalp, babies do like it if you put a little firmness to brushing, and if your not adding enough firmness to brushing her hair she will fuss, but if you are adding enough firmness against her head she will like it and some children to purr when you use the little spongy brush with the comb side on their head with just enough pressure, if she doesnt stop scratching after that put some mittens on her hand and take her to your pediatrician as soon as possible
