If you witnessed the eating of foam insulation, call poison control first then, unless otherwise instructed I would induce vomiting. The easiest way to this is to put 2 table spoons of salt in the dogs mouth and hold his mouth closed until he swallows it. Hydrogen peroxide works too just be careful not to let the dog choke on it. If you came from work and found the dog has eaten the insulation and is not acting right get him to the vet ASAP.
