Is your house hotter than usual? That would be the most obvious answer. There are also several medical conditions that may be causing this. Which include, kidney failure, liver failure, diabetes mellitus, hyperadrenocorticism aka Cushing's disease), hypoadrenocorticism (Addison's disease) uterine infection (female dogs, obviously). You should call your vet and get your dog in for some tests
