In Pakistan the weather is hot. The havanese puppies are double coated puppies and therefore they are found mostly in the cold countries like European countries, USA etc. I personally don't suggest you to have havanese puppies in Pakistan as they would require a lot care and might they get sick in summer due to hot conditions. However you may check from kennel club of Pakistan whose office is in fortress stadium Lahore.
Kennel Club of Pakistan has developed some of those breeds which could not survive in Pakistan due to hot conditions. They have imported the pair for those breeds and then they took the breeds of those in Pakistan. The immunity of those breed in Pakistan is high. Or if you afford you can directly import the breed from international breeders. To import a breed you must take the seat for your puppies in the plane other than the cost of the puppy. I don't know the other requirements for the breed import but if you want to know about it I can provide you a copy of those requirements too. For the time being according to my knowledge the havanese breed is not available in Pakistan.
