My cat is also having trouble breathing, and yes its fat but her breathing isn't normal like how she usually breaths. When she gets excited she breaths heavily with her mouth open. When we go to pet her she meows really lowed. I'm really worried what could be wrong with her

Breathing difficulties are an emergency.  Your cat needs to be examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible.  If your animal cannot get enough oxygen to its tissues, permanent damage can result.  Causes can include infection, heart failure, fluid in the lungs or chest cavity, tumours pressing on the airways, obstructions and trauma.
