Well, most cat's are very affectionate and she probably wants attention from you. Some cat's always want to be loved and held, and pet, even though it's not always convenient for you. It's normal, my cat's do it to us and sometimes they trip us while we're walking around the house. My cat Baxter, always cries at us when we're standing up, it's like he's saying "Hey, why are you standing, you should be down here petting me!" LOL. If she does that, get a toy and play with her, or bend down and give her some attention. More than likely, she'll continue to do that anyway, but it's just a nice way to show her you care. :)
