Also its not your decision because at the end of the day the cat might get pregnant and not want to be she might not want to go through the stess pain or even being a mother you have to compare the fact to human physiology because its not your mate who says yeah get pregnant I want you to be because the mother might not want to get pregnant so the answer to your question would be to get your kitten spayed as soon as possible before these things may occur and I guarantee you if your cat isn't spayed she will have a low expectancy rate and high rate of death, and I'm sure you don't want that for your cat so take my advice and get her spayed and fast!
