Here in the states... Usually under $20 in a petshop... or you can often get them for much less from a home breeder if you look in the PennySaver.. Recycler.. Craigs List.. those sorts of sources.

If you want to buy hamster then it will cost you almost 8-20$ and with hamster to have to buy the other stuff and cage for your pet as well and all these things will cost you almost 40 -60$.The cost of hamster itself is less but the cost of the cage and the food item is little bit higher.

I don't know I want a hamster to. Well I am getting one tomorrow hopefully I don't know how much a hamster would cost but I am bringing around 60 dollars. I already have a home for it and I am going to use paper shavings for its bedding I also have a water bottle and a food dish.So all I need now is The Hamster,Food,MAybe some pellets for the water so my hamster so it can stay healthy.I recommend to give a hamster a cardboard tunnel. That's what I am going to do.I'm going to go with the range of 5-16 dollars. Hopefully.

My local pet shop's hamsters cost only $4.50, but if you get a female, they are very aggressive.
In England they cost around 20 pound with the cage included and some bedding but you need to consider you will have to spend money every month on bedding/food
