The hamster it self cost about 10 dollars to 20 dollars depending on the type of hamster you would like to purchase! :)

I wouldnt get a hamster from petsmart, they usaly get found in the wild. My friend got one that bites so much her dad got stitches so she returned him. Try adopting one from a breeder. It will be a little more expensive but its worth it right?! I would rather be able to snuggle with the little guy than be terrified to feed him... ;) good luck.

I don't know about about pet smart but at petco I got a hamster well 2 for 3.00 for 1 hamster then another hamster then it turnt out to be pregeant I keep the little hamsters.
