answered question 12/30/2009 My Dog Has A Small Lump On Her Upper Back/neck. She Was Micro-chipped Recently In That Exact Place. Can Anybody Tell Me What This Could Possibly Be? I have a 4 year old golden retriever that has a small lump in his lower back close to his hip bone on the left side, it is the size of a nickel, should I be concerned?
