King cobras feed on rodents,lizard and other snake both venomous snake,non venomous snake,small snake and even big snake.

No king snakes are not venomous.They just kill other snake such as pit viper and even coral snake.Some of people kept it as pet because it is not dangerous and help them kill other snake which is dangerous to human.
