How Is A White Tailed Deer Adapted To Its Environment?

I think the obvious one will be the colour of their 'skin.' The light browns and whites blend in with the woodland habitats they reside in. I think also their hearing is impeccable, so this may be a feature, they have joints on their legs, much like out knees that enable them to run at a very fast pace.
