I Live Upstate New York And I Have Large Spiders In My Garage That Jump What Kind Of Spiders Are These And How Do I Get Rid Of Them?

Look up "Fishing Spider" images online. I think that's what we have too, and we live in Upstate NY.
They are huge, creepy, and I want to figure out how to get rid of them too!!!
