If your dog is not in heat and in labor then blood clots from her vagina can be due to infection of uterus that is called pyometra. Signs of pyometra in dogs are
  1. Vaginal discharge than can be bloody or containing pus
  2. Increased thirst and urination
  3. Depression
  4. Lethargy
  5. Loss of appetite
  6. Weakness
  7. Diarrhea
  8. Weight loss
Get proper diagnosis for pyometra or any other abnormality in your dog by taking her to vet. It will be good to get spayed her in order to avoid any future problems.
