A few days ago, I asked a question about eating rabbit. A species that is friendly, makes a good pet,and kills no other animals for fun. Most people were happy to kill and eat rabbits. Do you all still agree?

Of course, although I'm a little envious of the answers you received. A week earlier when I posted a question seeking recipes for cooking kittens one or two people wanted to cook me instead. :(

The only good reason for rabbits to exist is for food. Food for humans and other animals. They're not good for too much else except maybe jackets.

I feel as if I have eaten a rabbit before, but I don't remember, You'd think I would. My cat sure has, though :) and I am fine with killing rabbits for food.

I had a wonderful bunny as a pet for many years. She was so sweet and I was so sad when she died.  Even before I had her as a pet, I could never imagine eating rabbit.

I have never had rabbit, and if it were offered I would most likely try it, but it would never become a regular meal for me.

Oh your kittens question, yes I saw it but I don't like the thought of eating rabbit, babies or otherwise. My rabbit was my first pet and I truly loved him, I was aged 5 when my dad brought him home and I had him for 15 years,  he followed me everywhere, and was house trained, his cuddles got me through a lot and I miss him dearly.  I do understand why rabbit is eaten for food, there is no shortage of them, and they are easy to kill, it just isn't for me. In relation to some of the answers on your question, to me killing a rabbit would be like cooking and eating cats (kittens).
