Should We Be Allowed To Bring Pets Into School?

Yes because if a student is blind they should be allowed to bring a seeing eye dog or a deaf student should be able to bring their dog so they can help them when someone is trying to talk to them. And if you lose someone close to you you may want your pet with you at all times to make you feel better.

I think pets should be allowed because studies have shown that kids that have an animal next to them do better on school assignments.

Of course we should. Every one loves them. If we are nervous for a test you have a little friend to help you get your nervous out!

I think we should be able to have pets in school because if you are sad your pet can comfort and cheer you up!

Yes we should be able  to bring a pets to school for it could help them learn about there pets and make a connection to there pets and learn to love them for almost every one needs someone to love them even if it's a pet!!!

YES! Everyone knows that an animal can tell when something majorly dangerous is going to happen like if theres a live wire touching something its not ment to then an animal will run before you get electrocuted.

We should be able to bring pets to school because maybe some people can't stay away from their pets.  My pet died when I was gone. It got shot. Some people are worried about their pets when we are gone! And pets can be educational.

Yes b/c it will teach you how to take care of or how to act around unfamiliar animals. Also if there are pets around it would keep everyone from doing as stupid of things b/c they would rather be in the class with the animal then in the office.

Well, there are good and bad things about having pets in school.  Some people might be able to learn better if their furry friend is near them.  Some may be scared and will be comforted by the warmth of their pet.  Unfortunately, not all pets are good ones, and they might cause some mayhem and destroy objects or even bite someone.  Also, a lot of children are allergic to animals and they could be dangerous to their health, or they could cause a distraction

I think we should be able to bring our pets to school because it would be googd for learning because maybe some kids may want one and they never seen it, or they may not like just looking at the fake pictures and they would like to see them foreal. I am wrotting a report about this at school and I think we should, but it is whatever Obama wants us to do. But if your dog or whatever is bad and you know it don't bring it but there are good things about animals!!!!!! Yall always think of the bad things!

I agree because we could be comfy and yet happy that our pets are with us and not at home alone possibly shredding up our cloths or our favorite poster.

That really isn't a good idea, especially for the pet. We all know everyone loves animals, and everyone would want to pet or hold the animal. Too many people can traumatize the pet and maybe cause the pet to bite because it is scared.

Personally, I do not think pets should be allowed in school because of allergies that other people might have.

I love animals, and it would be okay to have a bring your pet to school day, but for everyday, no, they require too much attention and would cause too much distraction with barking and all.

Yes and No. Yes, if there are activities that need pets around. However, students should not bring pets everyday to school since this might be a cause for disruption and concentration of the student.

I don't think that it would be smart to have pets allowed in school. I think there can be a classroom pet, but each child should not be allowed to bring a pet to school. It would get too crazy!

No we should not allow pets in school bcause it is a lawsuit waiting to be discovered!
