You would need to consult your vet to avoid poisoning and/or killing your kitty and to make sure it is appropriate. If it's a URI or herpes or a dental abscess or a nasal tumor or many other things, benadryl wouldn't help them. If your kitty is older or has kidney or liver problems or anything else benadryl may kill them. Our meds, given on purpose and ingested accidentally are the number one cause of poisoning deaths in our pets. If you call them and they know what they need to know and it is reasonably safe they will tell you how much to give your kitty individually. I hope your baby is okay and feeling better soon.
