Is having a messed up sleep schedule bad for you?

Sure is as your body wont be able to develop a good sleep pattern so youll feel real tired all the time and wont be able to catch up with sleep

Well during the summer who cares!:) but during school, yah because it would be bad if you fell asleep in class. Haha I've actually done that a lot...but teachers at my school are REALLY strict about it

It's better to sleep at the same time every night and wake up at the same time, you're just overall healthier that way. Plus it's been shown that people with regular sleep schedules have a healthier bodyweight, because sleepy people have bad judgement on what foods they should eat.
