Yea, it's possible for them to have it...just wash their mouth out with warm water and that should help   just try to keep them away from the underwear if you can now!!!  Good luck

Yes they may have it but may not just wash there mouths out with warm water and don't let them lick you any were you have an open cut our mouth (open areas).
