Hello,
In answer to your question, yes gorilla do share the same reproductive organs as humans. In fact, gorillas share a lot of organs and DNA in general with humans.
The gorilla and human skeleton also have a lot in common. In terms of the makeup and genetic fabric of the gorilla, it is almost identical to humans, with a few noticeable differences. These include the size of the skull, the size of hands and feet, the size of rib cage and the varying differences in the pelvic bone.
Since gorillas share the same reproductive organs as us, they also go through a very similar form of pregnancy and birth. This includes carrying the baby in the womb for approximately the same length of time a humans, between 8-9 months.
As you can see, they display the same round belly as humans during pregnancy!
